Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes, we specilize in reliable airport transportation services to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Long Beach Airport (LGB) & John Wayne Airport (SNA). 

How do I book a ride?

You can book a ride through our website or by calling our 24/7 customer service. Our online booking system is easy to use and allows you to reserve your ride in just a few clicks.

How far in advance should I book my ride?

We recommend booking your ride at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, in emergency situations, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How the pick up will be at the airport?

Please provide a contact phone number.

If you are traveling from another country and you have no way to communicate with us, We recommend to download the WhatsApp application and use LAX WiFi is free.

All the pick ups are in front of your airline terminal, please grab your luggage then go outside there you will see pillar with a number and letter, We will need the information of the closest pillar to go straight to that pillar to pick you up.

The driver will be in in contact  with you as soon as your flight arrive 

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight schedules and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. There is no additional charge for flight delays.

If for any reason your flight arrives early, We will try to adjust the pick up as soon as possible but if it gets complicate, you need to wait until your scheduled pick up time.


What is the waiting time?

At the Airport: After your flight arrives, we wait two hours for international flights and one hour and a half for domestic flights.

At your House or Hotel, the first 15 minutes are on the company, for the next 15 minutes you have to pay $30 dollars, after 30 minutes the driver have the option to leave and the ride will be called as "No-Show", and no refund will be eligible.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all of our drivers are licensed and insured. They undergo regular training and background checks to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances may change your travel plans. Please keep in mind that there is a credit card processing fee charged to us for all transactions whether or not the reservation gets canceled.

a.- All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee. The 5% applies to the total amount of the reservation. (Example: The total is $100; the refund will be $95).

b.- Customers who cancel more than 24 hours from the Pick-up time will be charged a non-refundable processing fee of 5% of the total amount of the reservation.

c.- Customers who cancel less than 24 hours from the Pick-up time will be charged the full amount of the Total Fare. 

d.- In cases where your reservation is set to a "No-Show", no refund will be eligible.

You can pay for your ride through our website using a credit or debit card. Our online payment system is secure and encrypted to protect your personal information.
